Single players are allowed but have no standing over any other match. Etiquette demands that where practical and possible 3/4 ball matches should allow 2-ball matches to go through.

RESTRICTIONS ON PLAYING TIMES
Non Resident Members
Restricted to thirty days golf per year.
Weekday Members
May play Monday to Friday including Public Holidays throughout the year. Full green fees must be paid on Saturdays and Sundays except when playing as a guest of a Full Playing Member (Maximum to twelve reduced green fees per year).
Social awaiting Full Playing Members
May play on payment of a reduced rate of green fee. Concessional annual, six-monthly and monthly green fees are available.
Social Members are entitled to use all clubhouse facilities. No green fee concessions at all, other than when playing with a member.
Non Members are entitled to twelve reduced green fees per annum, when playing with a member.
RULES RELATING TO MEN'S COMPETITIONS 2005
| 1. |
All Competitions shall start at the 1st tee except at the discretion of the Committee. Match-play competitions must start at the 1 st or 10th tee in conjunction with the starting time schedule shown on the boards at the 1 st and 10th tees. |
| 2. |
No competitor shall start before or after the designated time. |
| 3. |
In the event of a tie in Medal, Par or Stableford competitions, the winner will be decided on the score for the last nine holes as decided by the Committee. In the event of this still resulting in a tie, it shall be determined on the last six holes, then the last three holes and then the final hole. In 36 hole events the last 18 holes will decide, then the last 9 holes will decide. |

Match - Play Competitions.
| (a) |
All matches must be completed by the date stated. |
| (b) |
All competitors are equally responsible for arranging for the match to be completed by this date. |
| (c) |
In cases where it has not been possible for a date for playing the match to be arranged by the competitors, the facts must be reported to the Match & Handicapping Committee before the final date. This Committee will then decide which competitor(s) shall proceed to the next round. |
| (d) |
If this procedure is not followed, all the competitors concerned will be disqualified. |
| (e) |
No extension of time will be permitted. |
| (f) |
If a match is level at the 18th hole it will be continued for such additional holes as are necessary until a hole is won. Strokes will continue to be taken in accordance with the Stroke Index. |
| (g) |
A competitor whose handicap has been revised since he played the previous round, shall play off his new handicap. |
| (h) |
If the result of the match is not recorded on the Match sheet by the end of the day stated as the final date for the match to be played, both players (or pairs) will be disqualified. |
