Office Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the  team as an Office Administrator. We are looking for someone to manage the reception area and be the point of contact for the various stakeholders and visitors, to manage the administrator correspondence and to work closely  with the support team to assist in the delivery of services. 

We require someone with fantastic people skills who can be the first point of contact for all members and visitors, someone to assist in managing all membership administration and help to support and manage all Club events.

This role will be varied and so will we are seeking someone who is dynamic and efficient, with strong communication skills. Ideally the successful individual will have previous office management experience and be eager to develop in depth knowledge of the Club’s rules, procedures and ways of running.

The role is based within a fantastic office environment with beautiful surroundings within a supportive and friendly team.

Book-Keeper:

We seek an experienced Part-Time Book-Keeper to join the our team for a year to start 1 July 2019. This role will work closely with the Club Accountant in ensuring that all day to day transactions are monitored, recorded and reconciled accurately. That invoices, cash and cheques are prepared in a timely manner and assist the Club Accountant as and when required.  

To be successful in this role you will be a seasoned Book-Keeper who is used to working for a small-medium size business where a hands-on and adaptable approach is essential.  The ideal candidate will possess good communication skills to build relationships with the various stakeholders of the Club with the ability to work efficiently and accurately to deadlines, using a logical and methodical approach.

This role is based within beautiful surroundings, in a fantastic office environment and working within a supportive and friendly team.
